When New Tradition Homes added on-demand self-service entry locks to their inventory homes, we created a sub-brand with an inviting look and tone, supported by a landing page, animated explainer video, email, and signage to communicate the feature to their buyers.
In the first three months, there were over 60 self-guided tours. The email had a 44% open rate and 13% click-thru rate; the webpage has been viewed over 1,000 times. There were 228 prospect visits to the inventory homes that feature one of the 15 on-demand self-service entry locks, and 100 of those were unique visits.
