We partnered with Cothran Homes to build a brand for Madison Park that would live up to the refreshing and stylish haven that this intimate townhome community is. To compete against other new construction in the area, we positioned Madison Park with a more whimsical and personable vibe. While the competitors were showing up with a contemporary and commercial look and message, we made sure to lean on Madison Park’s unique differentiators — pet cubbies, open lofts, high ceilings, covered porches, outdoor green space — to emphasize its unique style.
