Al Trellis and Bill Watkins created Values That Matter to provide new home builders with a database of protected floorplans designed to reflect the “values that matter” to today’s buyers.

Through exclusive membership, builders get to join a collaborative group of like-minded professionals who understand the worth of top-of-the-line floorplans that are protected. Not only that, they get the marketing support they need in order to connect with the right audience.

There is only one opportunity for builders to join this program. Once another builder in your market joins, the opportunity to be a VTM builder is no longer available.

“Al is an absolute genius, and I learn something from him every single time we talk,” says Mollie Elkman. “Not only are the VTM plans special and relevant in each market, they’re protected. Thirty-one building companies are currently VTM builders. Collectively, they have built more than 700 VTM homes in many locations across the United States. The VTM Plan Collection currently consists of 53 unique floorplans, each including elevations in three different architectural styles — Traditional, Euro Cottage, and Craftsman.

Based on input from VTM members, new plans are added to the collection each year. VTM consistently develops floorplans and elevations based on leading-edge market trends.
