This past week, Group Two co-hosted a unique educational event for new home builders March 16-17 at The Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Philadelphia. Hosted by Mollie Elkman, president & owner of Group Two Advertising, and Myers Barnes, principal of Myers Barnes Associates, The New Home University was a two-day seminar centered on giving new home builders real sales & marketing solutions that they can use to increase their profits. Designed as an authentic educational experience, The New Home University included a curriculum, and encouraged attendees to interact with their peers, ask questions of industry experts, and examine real-world applications of the information being presented.
Over 100 industry leaders and professionals attended, including representatives from Orleans Homes, K. Hovnanian, and dozens of other builders from around the country.
