When we needed to generate a sense of urgency to get EG Home’s buyers to finally go for it — we created this 23-day long incentive-driven promotion. The EG Homes Get Off The Fence Campaign offered a menu of fun packages like GET COOKING (a chef’s appliance upgrade!), GET LIT (a lighting upgrade!), GET PAMPERED (a master bath upgrade!), and GET FLOORED (a flooring upgrade!), which put the buyer in control of their “upgraded future.”
We created a flyer, social graphics, html eblasts, blogs, animated banner ads, and print ads for their local newspaper.
EG Home's problem wasn't getting prospects in the door, it was getting prospects to SIGN. This helped seal the deal.
The incentives weren't just fun, they highlighted their personalization capabilities too.
