One21 is a boutique community of 3-story townhomes in the North Main neighborhood in downtown Greenville, South Carolina. We designed the brand identity to appeal to a younger audience looking for luxury living in the perfect location. The logo takes on a clean, modern look while the custom illustrations add a touch of whimsy and personality. We themed the campaign “Life on Top” to emphasize the modern roof decks and advantage of nearby amenities.
